The ideal candidate would be heavily customer experience focused, be comfortable with product upselling with a preferable sales background, be an excellent communicator, and be able to engage with customers at a business-to-business level.
As a CRM Sales Advisor you will be contacting existing customers to gauge our current service levels, problem-solving when any issues come to light, upselling any products or services that would be applicable to that business and accurately keep the CRM system up to date with accurate information.
You will need excellent attention to detail and the ability to liaise confidently with both customers and colleagues
In this role your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing new and existing business relationships with key stakeholders and additional contacts
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products and services to help increase sales
- Manage your own outbound calls in a timely manner
- Securing business appointments for our National Sales Team to follow up
- Working towards KPI’s including call volume and quality targets
Skills, Experience and Personality:
- Ability to engage customers and build relationships at a business-to-business level
- Confidence to communicate with a wide range of customers over a multitude of industries
- Experience in using Microsoft excel and preferable experience in previous Customer Relationship Managing and sales roles
- Self-driven to achieve personal and team targets
- Excellent phone manner
Benefits and other information:
- Basic Salary of £20,000/annum increasing to £21,500 after passing probation period with a potential bonus of a £3000 per year
- Working hours of Monday – Friday
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Remote working available, you will be required to supply a reliable home broadband/wifi connection
