CRM Manager - Education

My client works within the Education industry and is looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing team. The role itself will be to provide daily management of the underlying CRM data, such as imports and data integrity. You will be the central point of support and expertise for the CRM, including user management, data management, field updates and issue resolution. Day to day you will be managing processes within the CRM system to automate and manage workflows for marketing and sales activities. You will be creating audience segments and personalised email campaigns while managing the AB test plan, running regular tests to improve performance.
You must have experience working with salesforce or similar CRM systems ideally multiple CRM platforms. You must have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Experience working with CRM’s with high volume sales of cloud-based subscription services and large customer base or similar.
