We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our Marketing Team!
The Opportunity
As our first CRM Manager, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to build our CRM function. You will play a crucial role in optimising our marketing efforts by effectively segmenting user data and implementing targeted marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with our brands to implement various CRM programmes, nurture prospects, activate new customers and retain existing users in the evolving world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Your Mission
- Develop, implement and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Set up and utilise CRM software and tools to track and measure marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Segment user data and analyst customer behaviour to identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns.
- Develop email/marketing automation campaigns for our clients, ensuring campaigns are set up and executed in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Continuously build and iterate on our end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including identifying target audience segments, developing campaign strategy, collaborating with design and marketing, developing the review process, and getting feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders across our Marketing, Social and Sales teams.
- Own and regularly audit the CRM and acquisition strategy
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise email marketing campaigns
- Creating reports that prove or suggest the effectiveness of the campaign and strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends across the Crypto and Blockchain space, to drive innovation and improve marketing effectiveness.
What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?
- Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the Web3/crypto space
- Good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and the Web3 ecosystem would be preferable.
- Experience in Hubspot is highly preferable.
- Experience planning, developing, managing and measuring CRM campaigns
- Proven track record delivering growth through CRM campaigns
- Experience supporting CRM integration from scratch is a plus
- Have a passion for CRM and are constantly looking for ways to improve campaigns, content, and customer messaging.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
