The opportunity: CRM Manager, Purfleet, Essex / Hybrid Working
About The opportunity:
We’re transforming the way we do things, so this is an exciting time to join our fantastic Customer Marketing Team. You’ll be charged with managing and delivering our CRM strategy across all business channels.
This is a key role within the business delivering the end-to-end CRM strategy in conjunction with the Head of Brand by ensuring full lifecycle management and in depth understanding of different customer segments and performance over time.
A little more detail:
- Create and implement customer retention strategies for each customer segment
- Develop customer targeting segmentation and personalisation within email communications
- Manage and grow active database
- Build CRM email calendar in line with business requirements and Brand campaigns
- Work closely with in house creative to ensure seamless customer experience across all touch points
- Implement full testing program across automation and BAU to ensure continuous improvement of KPIs
- Develop Full customer lifecycle plans and roadmap to deliver against all key touchpoints.
About you:
- Previous experience managing CRM within a multichannel retailer
- Experience with lifecycle management, building retention strategies and implementation of best practice processes.
- Commercially minded and able to demonstrate ROI delivered
- Experience managing team and 3rdparty suppliers
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to proactively challenge at all levels.
- Ability to manage own and others workload in an agile way
- Analytical and able to find solutions to challenges
- Customer obsessed
- A desire to continually question, learn and smile even when frustrated!
