About the role
As a CRM Executive you are the voice of Deliveroo when speaking with our Riders across the UK & Ireland. You'll initiate, build, proof, send and approve targeted campaigns across our Rider segments, including campaigns that enhance our overall marketing calendar. Overall you'll be focused on creating campaigns that are relevant to our Riders, focusing on utilising the right channels at the right time and that deliver a meaningful impact to our Riders and the business. You'll sit within the Central CRM team, but work with teams from across the whole business, including our UK Marketing team.
You'll be a passionate and technical email marketer, who puts the Rider at the centre of their decision-making and campaign execution. You'll be the kind of person who can't wait to look at your metrics soon after a send, and you'll get excited about new ideas, new channels and new campaigns. You'll report into Senior CRM Manager, Rider and work under a hybrid model between our London HQ and home.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with the UK CRM Manager, UK Marketing Team and other stakeholders to support the UKI Marketing calendar through CRM channels
- Responsible for creating engaging and dynamic delivery of emails, push-notifications and in-app messages
- Create, deploy and own local experiments to develop CRM best practices
- Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it
- Drive test & learn strategies to optimize email templates, content and Rider initiatives creating email best practice and making recommendations across the business
- Support the UK CRM Manager with the CRM strategy: track key segments for future growth and commercial planning
- Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting lessons and using these to guide your future ideas
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 years email application experience
- HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made)
- CSS (preferable)
- Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop (preferred)
- Email deployment experience (Braze experience preferred)
- Data visualisation tools (Looker experience preferred)
