Overall Purpose of the role:
Robert Dyas are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our eCommerce team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering our email marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone with a creative and analytical approach who is eager to learn in a fast paced retail environment.
The CRM Executive must be comfortable working both within a team and independently, across various departments, and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
The CRM team are the Customer Champions, always ensuring the Customer is at the forefront of all decision making within the business and identifying key customer trends, behaviours and opportunities to maximise revenue and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver weekly emails including creating compelling copy, subject lines, design templates, briefing the Design studio as well as building emails in our system Ometria.
- Liaise with the CRM Manager, Marketing and Trading teams, to ensure the e-mail marketing plan is aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with the Design studio to ensure all email content is engaging and adheres to our brand guidelines.
- Ensure that all customer communication is accurate and without errors.
- Work with the eCommerce team to ensure that the customer journey from email to the website is seamless.
- Support the CRM Manager with campaign analysis and reporting and provide data driven insights to business stakeholders.
- Contribute innovative and creative ideas to enhance our existing campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
- Assist in the development of segmentation and personalisation strategies to ensure campaigns are suitably targeted.
What we would like to see in you:
- Educated to degree level or experience gained from a similar role or environment.
- Experience working in retail or hospitality.
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Be proficient in Excel
- A basic understanding of GDPR
- An enthusiasm for digital marketing and eCommerce, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Experience working in CRM, Loyalty, or Email Marketing is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience working with an ESP or CRM system would be an advantage.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
