At a glance
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, our HubSpot CRM Manager will interact with, customise, and extend our current HubSpot platform using Custom Objects and APIs. Collaborating with other departments, you will gather requirements, create content to empower users with resources and tools to enable them in achieving their goals.
Job Title: HubSpot CRM Manager
Location: Belfast
Salary: Negotiable, depends on experience
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, Hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Work as a vital member of the Marketing Team to maintain and own CRM (HubSpot) strategy, identifying target areas, frequency and setting KPIs
- Identify, test and scale new opportunities for growth through a clear analysis of prospect behaviour and engagement
- Work alongside development team to integrate HubSpot with existing and future tools including Jira and NetSuite
- Contribute to planning of digital strategies and help define our product culture
- Utilise the standard and custom objects and properties within the APIs to manage the CRM data, enabling teams to use this data to execute their initiatives effectively.
- Develop and optimise on an ongoing basis automated prospect journey flows and data-driven communications
- Work with data structures to design and develop complex forms and workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing team to understand goals, implement programs and provide concise post-campaign reporting
- Work in co-operation with Sales team to ensure proper qualification, hand off and measurement of leads and customers as they move through the buyer/customer journey
About you
Knowledge and abilities
- Advanced skills in using CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, tools and software applications in a data driven environment
- Advanced knowledge in HubSpot with experience in a commercial environment, to include experience with Custom Objects
- Methodical mindset, with previous experience working in a fast-paced data-oriented organisation
- A knowledge of, and experience with, APIs and SQL would be beneficial
- Desirable to have an understanding of customer/buyer journeys, and performance marketing, conversion and on-line customer acquisition
- Excellent communication skills, combined with a positive approach
