CRM manager at a growing ecommerce brand - London, up to 45k
Our client is an innovate ecommerce company with offices in UK and US is looking for a lifestyle CRM manager. You'll be joining their global marketing team and leading brand communications.
You'll be responsible for segmenting and profiling customers, preparing and scheduling email campaigns, conducting reports and analytics. You'll work closely with stakeholders and you'll be managing marketing and design agencies.
This role is an excellent career step to become proficient in CRM management for a wide audience. They work hybrid, 3 days in the central London office. The salary is up to £45,000 which includes benefits package.
Key Skills they are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management
- Experience across email campaigns
- Excellent communication skills
