The Opportunity
As a Site Administrator, you will provide support to the Commercial Manager and Project Manager to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, with attention to detail.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
> Preparation and submission of timesheets
> Maintain holiday trackers
> Liaison with the training coordinator to book training
> Raise purchase requisitions and tracking orders
> Collation of hours and material costs
> Input into valuation spreadsheets and invoicing
> Upkeep of records necessary to maintain industry accreditations
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role will have a proactive, flexible approach to their workload, while supporting and inspiring others to work in accordance with KAEFER values and code of business conduct.
Essential:
> A proven record of working in administration for medium to large organisations
> Computer literate
> Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Desirable:
> NVQ3 Business Administration
> GCSE Maths and English
