About the role
In this role you will work as part of a dynamic team delivering operational support and strategic change initiatives for our UK Partnerships function.
You will be responsible for providing support and training to users of our customer and contract management system on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and you will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to provide up to date guidance on any changes to our system processes and procedures and support in resolving system queries.
You will undertake analysis to review data quality, compliance and improvements of our systems. In addition to this, you will support in the co-ordination to develop and improve system requirements for key stakeholders to ensure we are doing everything we can to support colleagues, partners and people affected by cancer.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Excellent advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or a similar customer relationship management database) and proficient in using advanced features of Microsoft Excel
- Demonstratable experience of problem solving and decision making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience of delivering training to individuals or groups
- Ability to learn new systems and be adaptable to working in a changing environment
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
