About the role
This is a new role, created to build additional expertise, capacity and resilience as we move into the more complex stages of the CRM project. The successful candidate will support the CRM Project Associate Director and the wider project workstreams in the implementation of the new CRM system, ensuring that the project successfully delivers against the business requirements and target benefits. The role will move into business as usual following successful completion of the project.
Sense has started the process to replace its legacy fundraising Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) with a new platform that will aid the Charity in its goals to optimise its engagement with people, better understand supporter behaviour, optimise income and support future growth. The CRM Project started up in 2022, with the Design and Procurement stages now complete. The project will soon move into the Discovery stage with our newly appointed MS Dynamics CRM implementation partner.
This is a full-time permanent Hybrid role, working from home and at our King’s Cross, London office, with attendance at our Selly Oak, Birmingham offices, as required. Key Responsibilities
Provide additional expertise, capacity and resilience on the CRM project.
Become the project’s ‘go-to’ person for business analysis, including process mapping and benefits definition.
Help to ensure that the new system is fully tested and remediated.
Play an active part in Discovery, contributing to user story prioritisation and assessing how well the proposed solution delivers against business requirements.
Assist the Benefits Workstream Lead in identifying core benefits, providing further justification for the project and enabling its success to be measured after go-live.
Assist the CRM Project Associate Director in creating the Full Business Case needed to take the project into the Build and Implementation stage.
Assist the Data Workstream Lead in identifying and readying data sources, contributing to a smooth data migration and increased trust and access to our data. Key skills and experience
Previous involvement with enterprise-level projects, such as CRM and/or websites.
Mapping business processes, using applications and methodologies such as Visio and BPMN.
Working with a variety of stakeholders and third parties in a cross-functional environment, working to project methodologies such as Agile and/or PRINCE2.
Ability to identify business requirements, project benefits and business processes
Self-starter, able to work autonomously while also being part of a wider team.
Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, with good attention to detail.
