About the position
We are looking for several Travel Advisors to join our team in Bristol. Working hours are 37.5 per week including weekdays and Saturdays.
The primary role of a Travel Advisor is to deliver outstanding customer service and make our customers' dreams come through. The KILROY Way!
You will be part of a team where everyone works with an individual sales budget and goals, while still focusing on teamwork in a customer-centric approach.
About you
We have high expectations of you - just as you should have of us! Besides being passionate about travel – like the rest of us – we are looking for you who:
- Have a solid travel experience (backpacking or similar) preferably from various continents
- Are willing to share your travelling experiences at events – both in-person and virtual
- Are confident in the job being a sales job
- Are ambitious and goal-oriented
- Are responsible, structured, and able to work independently
- Are committed and willing to go the extra mile when necessary
- Are good at keeping calm despite hectic days and many tasks
- Are always eager to learn and develop
- Are outgoing and with strong communication abilities
- Like working in a high-performing culture and taking responsibility for your own development
We are looking for
- Travel experience (backpacking or similar), preferably including several continents and of various lengths
- Experience working with reservations systems is a plus
- A track record of accomplishments in sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Fluent in English – both reading and writing
- Travel consultant experience is a plus but not mandatory. We provide excellent support and training for all our team members
