CRITICAL SERVICES ZONAL MANAGER
Do you enjoy working in a dynamic operational environment? We are looking for resilient individuals to undertake the on the day management of operational colleagues to support the delivery of the Critical Services operation at Heathrow.
In this role you will lead the Critical Services teams having responsibility for the safe and effective delivery of the operation on the day.
With opportunity to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders across Heathrow, and the autonomy to deliver a seamless operation to benefit our customers, being an innovate and bold thinker with be key to success.
You will be a key interface between Critical Services and other stakeholders for the daily management of Aircraft Movements, Ground Service Transport, Ramp Equipment Support Team, Winter Operations, Aircraft Services, Cabin Appearance, and key suppliers during regular and irregular operations. The objective of the role to deliver a seamless customer service experience 24/7, 365 days per year.
