Are you passionate about supporting women in a holistic, women centered, trauma-informed way, to achieve lasting change?

The Nelson Trust provide holistic support for women involved with the Criminal Justice System (CJS) under the supervision of the National Probation Service. Women include those serving a community order and women released from HMP Eastwood Park.

This exciting role is an opportunity to be part of an innovative project providing holistic, trauma-informed support to women with multiple disadvantage and complex needs, who have become involved in the Criminal Justice System. As a Criminal Justice Keyworker, you will be dynamic, creative and enthusiastic about empowering the women you support.

It will be a key part of you role to be independent, dynamic and enthusiastic in your approach to joint work with the client and professionals to ensure a woman has the support she needs to empower her to desist from returning to the Criminal Justice System.

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
