Act as a role model to all Crew Members by giving customers an outstanding, individual and memorable experience, placing them at the core of all we do.
Be an operations expert, effectively training Crew Members using the Company training programme.
Lead areas, providing coaching and direction to all crew, identifying barriers to service and production, and proactively take remedial action when necessary.
Work as an integral part of the restaurant team supporting management, actively driving restaurant goals and targets, and ensuring that everyone’s actions contribute towards achieving them.
Consistently deliver and maintain the highest McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness
Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
Follow the uniform guidelines and take pride in your personal appearance.
