What you will be doing...
This is an office-based role, working a 12 hour shift pattern of 4 duties on, followed by 4 days off.
What will you do in the role?
The Crewing Support Desk is responsible for ensuring all crew calls and queries are managed and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. In addition to this, you will be offering administrative support and maintaining departmental documentation. You will also;
- You will also be required to quickly, calmly and effectively communicate with Crew and other operational Teams within the business, often in pressurised situations.
- The Crewing department is a problem-solving Team at the heart of the busy Operational Control Centre that constantly monitors over 5000 Crew members’ rosters across our 10 UK bases as well as overseas operations.

You will be fully trained in all aspects of Cabin Crew and Flight Deck working practices in accordance with CAA & Jet2.com rules and regulations.
The successful candidate must be interested in starting a career within the aviation industry and thrive in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment. No previous experience necessary as full training will be given. You will also;
