Key Requirements
- Enthusiastic storytelling
- Ability to communicate well on camera & live in front of a digital audience

- Experienced on Instagram and Facebook
- Ability to react well with customers banter/comments on live draws or posts.
- Ability to respond professionally and offer guidance to any negative comments
- Remains coachable
Job role.
- To close customers in the hours leading up to our live draws.
- To sort and download live draw spreadsheets from the back end of our website.
- To carry out live draws on Instagram & Facebook using google random number generator.
- Posting draw results post draw.
Secondary duties may include but not limited to
- Packaging and posting prizes
- Basic Design and admin work including posting on social media
- Replying to customer queries on socials, advertising and emails
- Publishing new competitions
Who are we?
We are a competition company that raffles off prizes twice a week via Instagram and Facebook live draws. Our tickets are sold through our website cosmeticcompetitions.co.uk
The nature of our prizes are based around the luxury/designer/cosmetic industry However sometimes we get involved with tech, cash and other prizes.
We also run Instant win competitions. These are where customers can buy a ticket to win a main prize, (£500 for example). And that prize has Instant Win prizes associated with ticket numbers in the draw. This allows customers to win instantly with our automated system (abit like a scratch card) and also use that same ticket number for the live draw main prize.
Incentive.
We are a young company that is currently growing 30% in sales per month. If you are right for us and join us early, we will look to have you take on more responsibilities and advance you within the business as we grow.

Training period Oct-December
Part Time - Training pay £10.50 Per hour 5-6 Hours Per week
January 2024
Crew Member £45 Per Live draw 5-8pm
£15 per hour
If our growth continues we expect to obtain warehouse space and more hours for you to increase earning potential.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 3-6 per week
Salary: £10.50-£15.00 per hour
