Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri)

Be part of Vodafone UK’s Credit Risk Analytics team, where we use a wealth of data sources to unlock business opportunities and bring customer value for both our Consumer and Enterprise businesses.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for contributing towards the delivery of the analytics roadmap through effective partnering with key stakeholders- Assessing impacts and changes, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for Credit & Collections from available data sources, by pulling insight from our data and making recommendations for decision enhancements or operational efficiencies
- Involvement in all strategy and analytical projects for Credit Risk, Billing and Collections
- Supporting model developments led by our modelling team
- Involvement in the Collections strategy rebuild as part of the deployment of our new Collections platform, optimising customer contact, amount collected and retention
- Participation in the Acquisition strategy rebuild to implement enhancements from the newly developed Credit Risk Scorecards.
Who are we looking for?
Great partnering & communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders, translating complex data in to insights, promoting discussion and the ability to positively challenge where appropriate, without jeopardizing working relationships- Proven track record in an analysis and insight led role within financial services or telecoms, ideally within credit risk, however other areas of specialism may be considered
- Highly numerate, analytical thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive insight & appropriate action from data
- Extensive experience of Excel, SQL/SAS.
