Credit & Receivables Analyst
Stoneleigh, Warwickshire – Hybrid Working
A permanent vacancy has arisen in the Business Credit Department for Credit & Receivables Analysts.
Job Summary
Process accounts receivable for EME & APA through collection of accounts due for payment and release of shipments to customers. Part of the team managing overall Accounts Receivable exposure in excess of USD 500m. Failure to manage collection of debt can result in bad debt positions that impact directly on operating net income.
Duties will include:
Maintain Accounts Receivable Ledger
Comply with AGCO's Credit Policy and internal/external audit requirements
Process sundry invoice/credit note requests
Collect Accounts Receivable
Manage credit holds on orders available for shipment
Process and allocate cash receipts
Manage electronic collections through the banking system
Manage credit insurance and receivables discounting procedures and processes
Solve queries relating to non-payment of overdue receivables
Filing and general office administration
The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:
Scandinavian language, Norwegian or Swedish or Danish is desirable
Some credit control experience or accounting background is preferred
Studying for AAT or ICM is preferred but not essential
Team player
Good systems skills
High level of accuracy
Patience and persistence
