Job description

Service Graphics Ltd is looking to fill the position of Credit Controller at our Glasgow location.

This is a well-rounded credit control and accounts receivable position and the successful candidate will work on a high-volume ledger within a fast-paced environment within a team of 5.

Main areas of accountability

• Managing and following up overdue debts via telephone and email
• Cash postings
• Liaising with client queries
• Opening new accounts
• Working with the sales ledge team and wider finance team to support their requirements

Job Knowledge, Experience & Skills

• Effective and appropriate communication with the confidence to liaise with clients and colleagues from wider areas of the business
• Demonstrating an approachable and helpful manner
• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Ability to work well under pressure, work accurately with attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Ability to time manage effectively with good organisational and prioritisation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft B365 and SAP is highly beneficial, but not essential
• Experience in previous Credit Controller and/or Sales Ledger

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,673.60-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
