Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Assisting with ad hoc duties to support the team
- Provide weekly feedback on all accounts for processing through debt collection
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Arranging the collection of outstanding debt from all customers
- Communicating with customers using communication channels - inbound and outbound telephone, email and letter
- Understanding and achieving KPIs within this role
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requires:
High level of attention to detail- Proven experience in Credit Control / collections
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high attention to detail
