Key responsibilities:
- Strong customer service skills
- Handling client complaints and escalating as required
- Completing credit checks on customers / clients
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties to support the team
- Completing day-to-day tasks admin tasks / emails, calls & daily notes
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate requires:
High level of attention to detail- Intermediate Excel skills
- Professional verbal & written communication skills
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to work within a team
