We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and be able to communicate effectively with customers. The Credit Controller will also be responsible for developing strategies to reduce bad debt.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure payments are received on time.
- Liaise with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Prepare monthly reports on customer accounts.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Salary: £21,902.00-£23,121.00 per year
