Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a Credit Queries Specialist on behalf of a successful business based in the Dagenham area.

The company are delighted to offer this opportunity to someone looking to gain valuable experience. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced finance department on a permanent, full time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Chasing overdue debt
• Maintain a clean ledger, minimise overdue debt; and maximise cash receipts
• Meet cash targets set by line manager
• Pro-actively manage customer and colleague relationships
• Collect interim payments and withhold goods

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• A capability to solve problems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
