Credit Controller – Lytham St. Annes – up to £23k per annum plus benefits
The Role:
Our client is a well-established organisation based in St. Annes, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to join their Credit Control department who can assist with the recovery of Service charges.
Your duties will include:
· To work alongside our credit control team and assist with the collection of Service charge arrears following the company’s arrears collection process.
· Liaise with property owners by telephone, emails and letters with regards to outstanding service charge debts
· Ensure all case notes are up to date and accurate in preparation for meetings
All applicants must possess the following skills / experience:
Previous Credit control experience
· Willing to work towards the IRPM foundation qualification after 12 months service.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Packages is essential and Qube software would be an advantage.
· Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
· Excellent customer service skills
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm
There is also the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week after the successful candidate has completed their training and demonstrated their capability within the role
