Astute Recruitment are working with a brilliant business based in Sutton in Ashfield to recruit for an experienced Credit Controller to join an already brilliant finance team. Reporting into the Credit Supervisor your main duties as Credit Controller will include

Duties Include:

• Actively chase all overdue debts by phone/email daily
• Resolve any queries raised by customers
• Record customer details on internal system
• Resolve any external or internal issues to enable customers to pay invoices
• Take customer card payments
• Assist with the credit control filing systems
• Assist with the daily cash posting reconciliations between internal system and bank statements when required
• Further ad hoc duties when required

Personal skills and Preferred experience include:

• Fantastic communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines, and manage any pressures involved
• Great team working skills, with the ability to work without supervision when required
• Previous experience in a strong credit control/sales ledger environment

Benefits & Hours:

• Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday - 8:15am until 4:45pm
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
