This role is part of our Lomond Investment Management department to provide an account managed, single point of contact service for lettings, property management, block and estate management and sales throughout the UK.

Role Summary
We are currently looking for a full time Credit Controller/Rent Collection Officer to work in our Lomond Investment Management Department based in central Manchester. Responsible for chasing outstanding purchase ledger payments in a prompt fashion and resolving any customer queries. Answering phone calls and emails from non-paying clients to determine why their payments are outstanding and to obtain payment. Helping with rent arrears of tenants on behalf of Landlords. Aiming to negotiate and reach appropriate payment plans in accordance with the Landlord’s instructions to maximise income to the Company. Monitoring agreed payment plans for compliance you will liaise with Landlords and branches on next steps. You are responsible for ensuring that all enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and Branch staff are dealt with effectively and in a manner consistent with the Company’s first class service delivery.
Salary of £25,000 dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous credit control experience, great administrative skills including attention to detail and be IT literate.
Lettings knowledge/experience desirable, but not essential.
