Our products include a large range of consumables, tools and equipment to assist our customers in the composite, finishing and painting elements of their business.
Person specification:
· Strong attention to detail, creative problem solving.
· Hard working and results driven, good listening skills, strong organizing skills, professional with strong ability to motivate and develop staff, ability to see beyond the numbers and identify operational improvements.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
· 5+ years’ experience in finance and accounting for medium sized businesses.
· Must have strong computer skills with SAGE 200 software and admin related systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Manage Cash Flow and office administration for the Company.
· Provide strong leadership consistent with company mission, values and culture.
· Follow up daily to ensure tasks are done and targets are met.
· Ensure accurate and timely financial tracking and reporting.
· Ensure all admin duties are completed accurately and on time.
· Manage company risk, safety, and security.
· Play an active role in the growth and development of the company. Make sure the company has a solid, documented business foundation. Overall responsibility for dealings with banking, legal, accounting, insurance, and government filings.
· Continue to improve the admin processes to allow a ‘focus on sales’ culture.

Salary: £35,000.00 pa & BIK dependent on experience
