We're currently recruiting a dedicated Contract Director to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and drive the strategy of growth and retention within the contract through leading the development of a long term account plan, including a rolling lifecycle review process
• Development of strategic client relationships within the contract
• Achieve targeted growth within parameters of strategy
• Lifecycle plans in place
• Financial bid sign off
• PBIT / turnover / working capital / debt targets achieved
• All units operate to agreed margins
• Implement senior client review process to identify additional sales/service opportunities
• Communicate strategy to the team and ensure that improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide operational insight alongside strategic marketing plans to grow sales/services and deliver customer satisfaction
• Ensure that all legislative and One Compass operational policies are implemented to provide a safe environment for all
• Align to all central functions to enhance existing service offers, drive service initiatives
• Review, implement and action client and customer survey

Part of our Medirest Signature collection, this role is responsible for the Circle Health Group contract, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. The catering contract includes 46 hospitals across England and Scotland.

Our ideal Contract Director will:

• Senior management experience in Catering Management in a multi-site contract
• Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results
• Led the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits
• Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
• Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• The ability to create budgets in line with the business plans and objectives
• Understanding of multi-site P&L’s
• Fully conversant with current Health and Safety and food safety regulation.
• Experience on application of risk management, analysis and reduction
