An industry-leading company with an excellent reputation for quality is now looking for a Credit Controller to join their accounts team and support their team in South West London.
This is an excellent hybrid Credit Controller position where you can get involved with a friendly team and working on a cornerstone function of the business. You’ll be joining a team of 4 other Credit Controllers, collecting small sums of money across many customer accounts, and using phone calls and email to contact debtors. The team are based in beautiful offices in South West London with excellent transport links, and prides itself on its collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
As the successful Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all invoices & credit notes are raised, posted, and reconciled
- Issuing monthly statements of accounts to all clients.
- Collecting outstanding debt via telephone & email, reducing DSO.
- Clearing the unallocated suspense account monthly.
- Data entry of all financial information onto Sage.
- Negotiating payment plans with clients.
To be successful as our new Credit Controller you will:
- Have excellent communications skills (written & verbal).
- Have a track record of excelling in a credit control role.
- Be a proficient user of MS Office Packages.
- Ideally have a working knowledge of Sage.
- Be an enthusiastic, target-driven individual with a passion for recovering debt whilst maintaining strong business relationships.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £28,000 pa
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- Work From Home.
