We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process, including assessing customer creditworthiness, monitoring customer accounts, and collecting overdue payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts and credit limits.
- Ensure customers pay on time.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Manage customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Liaise with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
- Analyse customer accounts and identify potential issues.
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £22,835.00-£24,016.00 per year
