By helping people improve their lives, whatever their background and circumstances, we believe that affordable and high-quality higher education builds fairer and more equitable societies, unlocks the potential of individuals, helps harmonise skills gaps with the needs of the workplace, transforms employability rates and delivers a thriving global economy.About the RoleEnrolment Specialists make a difference daily in students’ lives by supporting them through the application and enrolment process for starting an online University Degree course.As an Enrolment Specialist, you will work with 'warm lead' prospective students to identify and evaluate appropriate degree courses to meet their needs, support them through our Partner University application and admissions processes, and ultimately through to making their initial payment to enrol at the University.Key Responsibilities include:Manage the student pipeline and lifecycle from initial inquiry, student application and admission through enrolment, using established procedures and appropriate influencing skills in line with KPI and SLA'sFollow up on assigned lead opportunities effectively and efficiently to maximise likelihood of quality students enrolling on a University course.Follow defined enrolment management processes with an impeccable follow through and utilization of available tools and resources.Utilise business tools (Salesforce) to effectively track each interaction and progression of all leads.Key Experience/Skills Required3+ years of customer service experience in a performance-oriented contact centre3+ years of experience working for a higher education or regulated industryA passion for supporting customers and students to achieve their goalsExperience working in or with higher education sector is highly desirableExperience of Salesforce is highly desirableBenefitsWork fully remote, or from our Brighton office if preferredBasic Salary of £26,000 per annumUncapped performance-related commission paid by Intake Cycle (8-10 weeks)24 Days Annual Leave + UK Bank HolidaysEnhanced Employer Pension Contributions at 6%Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £26,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionReferral programmeWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Commission payExperience:Call Centre Sales: 3 years (preferred)Higher Education Industry Work: 3 years (preferred)Regulated Industry: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: RemoteReference ID: HEPUK - Contact Centre Enrolment Specialist
