Job description

Your duties will consist of but not limited to:

  • Managing of credit accounts ,This involves all aspects including
  • Dealing face to face ,over the phone and by email with customers
  • Setting up credit accounts ,conducting credit searches
  • Making sure customer pay on time,Reconciling account payments
  • Issuing court proceeding against Debtors
  • liaising with Solicitors if required
  • Dealing with High court enforcement agents
  • Dealing with accident claims fault and non fault.
  • Liaising with insurance companies' and 3rd party's
  • Assisting with the day to day running of a rental company including dealing with customers face to face and over the phone when busy.
  • Managing the property portfolio and advising on disputes where necessary
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts
  • Managing the full cycle of commercial disputes, including the issuing of court proceedings to settlement.
  • Proactively advising senior Partners on any risks to the business.
  • Assisting and respond to internal departments and third party members with ad hoc queries
  • Dealing with speeding /parking tickets fines and other related issues.

What you'll need...

  • At least 3 years legal experience
  • Exposure of dealing with regulatory matters
  • Experience of drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Previous exposure of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of handling matters and disputes

  • dealing with small claims court: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
  • credit control accounts receivable: 1 year (preferred)
  • Working in the vehicle rental: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bad Debt recovery: 1 year (preferred)
  • Litigation and negotiation with debtors: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
