Creative Researcher (Freelance)
Role:
· Source engaging visual references that bring our clients' vision to life.
· Interpret scripts to understand our clients’ needs.
· Contribute and discuss ideas with the team.
· Be able to manage your own time and processes to meet tight delivery deadlines.

· We are a small and thriving start-up team located in Brighton, working in a collaborative studio environment near the sea.
· We create engaging presentations (PDF & online) for commercial production companies to win pitches for TV ads.
· We pride ourselves on providing a high-level of service to our clients and are constantly striving to improve our work.
Who You Are:
· You’re a passionate collector & curator of visual media, with a keen interest in art, culture, film & TV, photography fashion, and advertising.
· You’re a content encyclopedia driven by curiosity. You have the ability to recall shots, styles, titles, shows, from your massive brain-database of images. Basically, if anyone ever told you that sitting about watching Netflix would never get you a job, then they were wrong. This is your moment.
· You take direction well, you're a strong communicator and you're not afraid to input new ideas.
· You understand the importance of working to deadlines.
· You’re motivated, confident, and enthusiastic about TV advertising.
Nice-to-Have Bonus:
· 1+ years of professional experience, ideally in an agency or production company.
· Film/arts education.
· An interest in AI image generation.
· Any other creative skills/interests.
Further details:
· This is a regular freelance role with the scope to become more permanent.
· The role is based on-site in Brighton.
· Day rate is negotiable based on experience.
