Job description

We're looking for a superstar Creative Project Manager to join the Crep Protect team. You should be a great teammate, capable of building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, designers, and copywriters and management.

Your strong project management skills will ensure that all special, small, and larger creative projects are delivered according to brief, budget, and timelines.

You'll remain calm under pressure, keeping the team composed during tight schedules, and maintain high delivery standards.

As a process specialist, you'll implement best practices in processes, from briefing to approvals and feedback.

This role requires a background in creative and production, with experience in the delivery of projects in photography, video production, experiential and creative amongst others.

Ideally, you have both in-house and agency experience, managing suppliers, timing plans, storyboarding, creative concepting, long-form copy, and post-production.

This role in a nutshell :

Partner with one or multiple briefing workstreams and be their point of contact for briefing, scoping, management of projects and process improvements and communication.

Work with them on their utilisation rate of resource and help to manage the prioritisation of their pipeline

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team to achieve performance goals and deliver high-quality work.

Implement marketing strategies and plans to support the growth and success of the business.

Develop and implement team goals, plans, and objectives in line with departmental and company objectives.

Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and programs, including digital marketing, content creation, and events.

Coach and mentor team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.

Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication within the team.

Ensure team members have the resources and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary.

Stay informed about changes in the market, customer needs, and new technologies.

Monitor and analyse marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and new technologies.

Resolve team conflicts and manage personnel issues, escalating as needed.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company policies, procedures, and relevant industry standards.

Foster a positive, results-driven work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Person Specification

Project Management qualification

At least 3 years of experience in a management role

Strong marketing skills, including experience with digital marketing, content creation, and events.

Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary: £40,234.00-£45,362.00 per year
