- To work alongside the Lead Creative to ensure work is conceptually and creatively robust, representative of the Sports Direct brand, and client/brief appropriate whilst balancing production.
- To creatively oversee and manage all campaign assets for Sports Direct, including still photography, AV, motion graphics, animation and CG understanding the scale of production and aligning resource.
- To ensure consistent quality for all campaigns at varying levels, tier 0, tier 1, tier 2.
- Manage the end-to-end process from creative development, pre-production, production, post-production and then delivery.
- Attend shoots and manage the production working with the creative team to ensure they are delivering against the agreed output and creative whilst keeping the production on time.
- Prepare accurate and detailed budgets and schedules, ensure projects run on time and within budget.
- Liaise with creatives, clients, and partners to prepare contracts, negotiation scope and usage rights.
- Work with each of the businesses channel owners to understand deliverables, output and usage rights for creative team.
- Collaborate with our creative team to support ideas and their development while balancing practicalities and necessities of production delivering on the Sports Direct brand strategy.
- Proactively solve problems to elevate creative and find solutions in tough situations, pulling from your toolbox of experience in production.
- Work with Head of Marketing Operations to ensure budgets are adhered to and allocated correctly.
- Work closely with Group Head of Content to ensure campaigns are executed correctly for all social platforms.
- Create a clear briefing framework for all campaigns and ensure all members of the team work to this.
- Work with Sports Direct Snr Marketing Manager & Snr Design Lead to ensure assets are approved by the relevant brands and stakeholders.
- Maintain current knowledge of video & photo production, editing software and marketing trends through self-study and continuing education programs.
