Job Description


We are looking for an ambitious, collaborative and solution-focused Producer to ensure that Langland's creative product is of the highest possible standard. Under the guidance of the Senior Producer & Lead Producer, you will ensure that all bought-in goods and services are procured with the correct usage rights/licences within budget and at a competitive price, and that all delivery deadlines are hit.

You will work with the wider Langland team to Think Further about new possibilities for our clients and our internal operations. As a Producer, you are passionate about the creative process and always strive for the best possible creative results. You are meticulous and methodical in your approach to all of the administrative/contractual obligations required to ensure commercial success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, purchasing and managing all creative content requirements for the agency, specifically images, photography, CGI, film, motion graphics and voice-overs. This will include, but is not limited to: setup of pre and post production meetings, attending shoots, organising and editing audio recordings, commissioning illustrators, delivering master files and archiving on Langland servers
  • Work closely with your team and the Creatives, Project Managers and the Client Services Teams to provide solutions that ensure creative ideas are delivered to the highest standard, to schedule and budget from concept to final delivery
  • Help to maintain and update a weekly status report on all production projects
  • Ensure the appropriate sign-offs in the agency delivery process are obtained at each stage
  • Manage the issuing of Purchase Orders to production partners

Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role within the creative industry
  • Working knowledge of print, repro and digital
  • Experience in commissioning and producing assets from different creative disciplines such as photography, film, illustration etc.
  • Awareness of the importance of controlling cost and budget and how to negotiate to achieve this control
  • Some experience of working with different content producers and creative suppliers
  • Passionate about the work you do and the desire to achieve creative excellence
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Acrobat
