The Creative Manager position is TikTok's new function in the Global Gaming Creative department that supports the development of creative solutions for our Enterprise, Growth and Gaming client cohorts. As a Brand Creative Consultant, You’ll direct brands and partners in creating groundbreaking brand content and activations that establish TikTok look & feel. Your creative direction will capture the imagination of audiences, overdeliver client briefs and set the highest possible standard for branded content not just on TikTok. Your creative concepts won't rely on big budgets to disrupt people’s feeds. You intuitively understand how to leverage digital formats, audience culture and social influencers to drive reach and awareness.

Our mission is to create, drive, and oversee upper-funnel creative best practices among our client base, in partnership with sales. The objective is to both increase the confidence of our clients and their agencies in creating better TikTok content and to increase media spending as a result of that confidence building. You will also partner up with production houses to initiate and oversee TikTok's first creatives for key clients and on their major campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1:1 partnership with key clients and agency stakeholders to:
  • Educate on creative best practices through continuous up-skilling, providing TikTok first creative direction
  • Ideate on brand campaigns to:
  • build loyal and engaged communities
  • co-create new ideas and products with our community
  • oversee new upper/mid-funnel creative production projects and partner up with production houses for clients' new title launches
  • Seamlessly integrate creators into brand campaigns
  • Consult and generate proactive TikTok first-thinking work
  • Facilitate creative enhancement through
  • Recommendations on adaptation
  • Improve and quantify the upper/Mid funnel performance of campaigns through creative assets
  • Working with 3rd parties on creative production
  • Events and workshops that inspire entire categories to lean-in
  • Build a bank of creative examples for inclusion in discussions and outward-facing material:
  • A core library of sales enablement assets that can be used and repurposed for clients of all shapes and sizes
Creative Development:
  • 1:1 partnership with XFN global stakeholders and/or with production partners to oversee and provide solutions for clients' title launches:
  • Creative strategy
  • Direction (art & copy)
  • Concepts & ideation
  • Focus Areas:
  • Cross-Platform clients
  • New title launches
  • Creative education & production programs
  • Measure creative support to improve services and ensure projects impact
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an agency /gaming environment
  • A portfolio of best-in-class creative that connects brands with audiences in digital and beyond
  • Exemplary written skills with a flair for a creative copy that captures the audience’s imagination
  • A depth of knowledge in digital culture and the audiences that populate them - gaming oriented
  • Multiple disciplines embrace the various roles required throughout a project
  • Ability to think clearly and contribute to strategic discussions during the entire design process, from concept through completion
  • Ability to pitch proactively new ideas and creative direction
  • Great familiarity with the gaming industry
  • Great familiarity with all TikTok creative placement, ability to navigate and ideate to each placement efficiently
