As Executive Creative Director you will inspire and lead a creative team to make a difference to consumers’ behaviour by influencing change through ideas, creativity and the use of interactive media. Your role is to make a difference to digital communications, marketing and advertising, and to inspire the brand and offer strategic creative partnership.Key Responsibilities:

This role is to join the dedicated onsite creative agency for a global electronics brand based in Chertsey as a ECD. We’re part of a top 5 global electronics company with amazing scale and insurmountable ambition.

As Executive Creative Director you will inspire and lead a creative team to make a difference to consumers’ behaviour by influencing change through ideas, creativity and the use of interactive media. Your role is to make a difference to digital communications, marketing and advertising, and to inspire the brand and offer strategic creative partnership.
The ideal candidate will come from an art-based background and is capable of elevating production standards to their highest levels. Across print, digital and film and demonstrable experience at ECD level where they have acquired decent haul of awards across channels.
Deliver and inspire award-winning work from your team, influencing change through ideas, creativity, and the use of interactive media.- An understanding of all channels and the ability to create consistency across all touchpoints. From the physical, to digital, to AV, to social.
- They must understand the need for flexibility of execution, from awareness, through consideration, to action.
- A good understanding of strategy and what makes a good brief and the ability to contribute to strategic development of this process.
- Lead by example to consistently inspire creative colleagues to originate world-class, pioneering ideas that conceptualise world-class solutions.
- A collaborative attitude. The desire to work within a team to craft everything from the brief to final execution.
- The negotiation skills necessary to respond to client demands, whilst maintaining creative integrity.
- Set creative direction and offers hands-on guidance throughout projects.
- They must feel comfortable presenting to and working with clients.
- A desire to push work to the highest level. Both conceptually and at a craft level.
- The ability to recognise and distinguish those moments when work just needs to happen and when the work can be elevated to award-winning levels.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and the rigor necessary to hit briefs and deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience:
- Extensive experience working at a Creative Director or Executive Creative Director level in an agency environment.
- Excellent leadership, listening skills.
- Demonstrable experience of people management skills (both internally and externally) and a proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients
- Demonstrated creative success in leading collaborative multi-functional teams, including project planning, to winning a number of industry recognised awards.
- Considerable experience of European and Global projects.
- Experience developing/leading client relationships.
- Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience.
