This is an amazing opportunity to join our award-winning and growing Deloitte Sales Excellence creative team. As Creative Lead you will design and manage the creative on our most important Bids/Pursuits.

In conjunction with Pursuit Coaches, Pursuit Leads, Communications Specialists and Senior Creatives located across the UK and Northern Europe, we develop compelling and differentiated Pursuits using various media, software and outputs.

We expect expertise in the main Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop); we also expect expertise in the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Word), delivering outputs for screen and print.

We collaborate extensively with non-designers through the medium of PowerPoint and Word – and are at the cutting edge of what we can integrate from the Adobe Creative suite of software into those platforms. The materials we create are aimed at the most exciting global client opportunities in the world.

There are many opportunities to grow and develop in your creative practice with the Pursuit Centre of Excellence - being exposed to a wealth of experience and mentors across many geographies, working on materials for some the most exciting global clients.

We work as creatives in a corporate environment. We have fun. We experiment with new tools and techniques. Yes, we utilise PowerPoint and Word extensively – we also produce the most exciting, interactive and compelling graphic design and push the boundaries of what we can do.

• Responsible for the design, layout and visualisation of a wide range of Pursuit collateral: PowerPoint/Word/InDesign documents - infographics, graphs, diagrams and large format graphics, document layouts, interactive website elements
• You will strategically interface and brainstorm with senior partners regarding the visual display of information; ability to grasp the substance of business issues being communicated and then re-articulate visual options that enhance/clarify audience understanding
• Exercise judgment and project management skill to balance priorities and communicate to teams to meet and exceed project deadlines and commitments; keep internal clients informed of projects and progress
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork through active participation of on-site coordination of deliverables in time-sensitive situations in collaboration with pursuit managers, editors, client service teams and regional resources
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word are essential. Ability to originate artwork in the Adobe suite is important, working collaboratively then within the Microsoft Suite is a key requirement in this role

Technical skills and Experience:

Essentials:

• Proven track of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field
• Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator for print and digital output
• Proven skills in typography, layout, composition, color theory and information design
• Speed and agility; ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design within tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirables:

• Experience and proficiency in producing other digital forms of communication and presentation (including UI/UX, AR, video production, mini sites]
• Experience working with teams in a professional services or large matrixed organization
• Proficiency with project management skills and methodologies
• Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage own time and take initiative
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and synthesize direction from many individuals

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints.
