We are looking for a Creative Content Lead to join our team, The role plays a crucial part in delivering compelling stories for our Clothing & Home business. The role’s key objective is to surface customer stories improving M&S relevance in the market. deliver relevant and compelling stories to our audience on an always-on basis.
Role Responsibilities- Working alongside the Content Planning Lead to implement the agreed seasonal plan and then ensure this is articulated into best-in-class creative assets which define the look and feel of the M&S brand
- Conceptualise, create and deliver the required assets to fulfil the agreed requirements for .com instore digital screens and social channels
- Set the vision for how we deliver to our newly defined content framework alongside content planner.
- Working closely with the Head of Brand Creative to ensure we are delivering always-on content.
- Experience delivering content for a fashion retail or lifestyle brand
- Proven experience managing the execution on content in an omni-channel business
- An acute understanding of the modern mainstream shopper and how to reach them
- In dept experience in understanding and working to clear brand guidelines
- Naturally curious and on top of culture, design and fashion trends
