We are recruiting for a Reception Manager for our first art’otel in London! A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys art’otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.
Your journey so far …
A natural leader our Reception Manager will be a key driver in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between the hotel and our VIP, Radisson Rewards members, and our regular guests, as well as becoming the Hotel champion.
Pro-active, positive, and social, you will be responsible for planning and organising memorable moments for our guests, when celebrating special occasions, or when simply celebrating life. You will also be leading our dedicated team of receptionists ensuring guest arrival and departures are seamless.
As our Reception Manager, you will receive:
