We are looking for a Creative Director Team; Copywriter and Art Director!
At Jellyfish, we make award-winning, platform-first, creativity for the world’s biggest and best. We solve specific platform-problems through specialist creative activity.
And we’re looking for our next brilliant mind to help lead our Creative activity in the UK on our biggest Creative account - Google!
Our Creative Directors will be the main guardians of our creative output on UK platforms, ecosystems and channels. You’ll be able to lead and respond to briefs in strategic, exciting and innovative ways - knowing the best methods to inspire creative excellence out of the team around you. From brief to pitch to delivery, you’ll set, oversee, collaborate with and galvanise the team. Executing bold creative strategies and content rollouts to produce best-in-class campaign activity.
Your book will be filled with campaign work for entertainment brands, and you’ll be immersed in digital culture, pop culture, and know what’s resonating right now at a local level.
You’ll be the lead client contact for these exciting campaigns, lighting up a room (or Zoom) with your energy and personality, whether it’s pitching creative for a shiny new Google brand or product, developing the creative strategy for the year ahead, or checking in with the client mid-way through production to problem-solve, influence and make sure the work being delivered is to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities:

Pitch/campaign management and delivery; overseeing the pitch / creative development process from start (initial conversations/ brief) to finish (i.e. WINNING & DELIVERING!). Creating and curating award-winning, innovative and brave platform-first creative proposals.

Creative oversight of active projects
- Working with the teams on each project, you will provide creative oversight over all active projects and work within your region, making sure we are delivering the best work possible, and ensuring client satisfaction to increase the chances of us receiving more and more exciting briefs, while retaining the projects we have already won with the world’s best brands.
- Review and streamline processes & our ways of working with the client & internal teams, problem-solving and constantly striving for more efficiency, both with the client and internally.

Provide mentorship and guidance to more members of the Creative community team, helping raise them up and allowing them to reach their potential.

Be the voice of Creative
- Actively evangelize about our Creative products in region - both internally and externally. Be the go-to person for all things creative, collaborating with VP’s in the wider Brand Planning, Client Management, Design, Production and Project Management communities.
- Be the voice of Jellyfish creative externally - thought leadership / panel events
- Inspire, motivate and empower creative excellence in all Creatives across the business.
Using your social expertise and client side experience to help us grow our business by curating , connecting and coordinating our creative output for two of our most important accounts.
Help us grow our partnerships by:
- Being the Key client-facing point person for creative output
- Creating & curating our best ideas and ensuring they are fully fit for platforms
- Working with Brand Planning, Paid social, Organic social and creator community to ensure we present a connected strategy for each platform
- Helping us realise our ambition to be Google leading agency partner globally
Help us grow our business by:
- Building the profile of our creative work and being a proactive evangelist for Jellyfish in the industry (social channels, speaker opps, PR)
- Helping us be more connected across organic and paid social
- Helping us identify the role of creators in our work
- Being a key member of our creative community and helping us develop our creative product
