The Creative Director of Entertainment at Sky Creative will have a pivotal role in developing and leading the creative vision for campaigns and key art across all Sky original dramas, comedies, and documentaries. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sky Studios, marketing, commissioning, and PR to develop creative campaigns that drive viewer engagement and build our brand.
Reporting into the Executive Creative Director for Advertising, the successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team on some of our most important Entertainment campaigns at Sky. You will have creative oversight of a crucial piece of Sky business and line management of several creatives.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and lead the creative vision for Entertainment campaigns across all original content on Sky.
- Provide effective creative direction across all channels and ensure the highest standards are always maintained.
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to our Sky Master brand values.
- Provide inspiring leadership to team of creatives and designers to ensure creative excellence across all campaign deliverables.
- Present work to agency, clients and partners.
- Oversee entire creative process from ideation, through to production, shoots, and postproduction.
What you’ll bring:
- A history of creating outstanding advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key; able to work 360 with a sound knowledge of production, shoots, and postproduction.
- Proven experience in people management, mentoring and team leadership.
- Excellent strategic and conceptual skills.
- Strong copywriting and/or art direction, with a flair for execution and an eye for detail.
- Outstanding presentation skills, able to hold a room and confident in presenting at senior level.
- Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive, pragmatic way.
- A love of TV!

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
