Job description
Responsibilities (day-to-day):
- Assist in the concept, design and delivery of all online (social, web, email) and offline marketing material (presentations, collateral, event/trade show material).
- Develop and execute coherent ad campaigns supporting demand generation and digital marketing activities, for example, display ads, email marketing, paid advertising, landing pages, etc
- Design and produce a wide array of collateral, from presentations to reports, white papers to infographics.
- Support and maintain the company website with artwork, page building, infographics, imagery and more.
- Provide design support to the sales team in the form of pitch decks and presentations.
- Maintain all brand assets and the brand library; and deliver a consistent and coherent brand experience across all deliveries.
- Photo-retouching, photo-compositing, and media management across the business
- Work with the Content and PR Manager across social campaigns to increase engagement and following.
- Create GIF’s, animated graphics and other digital media as required.
- Support the wider teams’ activities as and when needed across events, logistics, admin and comms.
- Keep abreast of latest graphic design trends; regularly reviewing competitor marketing materials across the construction industry, AR and high-tech sectors.
Sought after skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in design is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- A jaw dropping portfolio
- Expert level in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a must, knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus
- Familiarity with UI/UX, website, animation work is a bonus.
- Clear communicator – able to express complex ideas succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams across the business
- Self-starter that can independently approach problems and tasks, autonomously executing creative work
- Be willing and ready to actively contribute, listen, learn and grow.
