Job description
We’re looking for a dynamic multidisciplined designer to support the delivery of all of our brand, marketing and sales go-to-market activities. If you are an awesome Graphic Designer with a jaw dropping portfolio and you’re looking for a challenge, then you are in the right place. You will need a keen eye for detail, be a self-starter, and have a ‘let’s go!’ attitude.
You must be able to balance projects and workloads effectively whilst managing stakeholders, expectations, and deadlines. Using your design skills across programs like Adobe, Canva and Figma, you will create high quality marketing materials across all channels – social media, email, web, imagery, adverts, brand assets, presentations, print artwork, infographics and more. You will need to be adaptable individual that is a born problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
Based in London, UK, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Product Marketing you will build a deep understanding of the XYZ brand and design style. You will leverage you understanding of design and brand to add value to all areas of the work you do; whilst be learning and harnessing industry relevant intelligence and trends to ensure your work connects with customers and helps to convert prospects.
Responsibilities (day-to-day):
- Assist in the concept, design and delivery of all online (social, web, email) and offline marketing material (presentations, collateral, event/trade show material).
- Develop and execute coherent ad campaigns supporting demand generation and digital marketing activities, for example, display ads, email marketing, paid advertising, landing pages, etc
- Design and produce a wide array of collateral, from presentations to reports, white papers to infographics.
- Support and maintain the company website with artwork, page building, infographics, imagery and more.
- Provide design support to the sales team in the form of pitch decks and presentations.
- Maintain all brand assets and the brand library; and deliver a consistent and coherent brand experience across all deliveries.
- Photo-retouching, photo-compositing, and media management across the business
- Work with the Content and PR Manager across social campaigns to increase engagement and following.
- Create GIF’s, animated graphics and other digital media as required.
- Support the wider teams’ activities as and when needed across events, logistics, admin and comms.
- Keep abreast of latest graphic design trends; regularly reviewing competitor marketing materials across the construction industry, AR and high-tech sectors.
Sought after skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in design is preferred or equivalent work experience.
- A jaw dropping portfolio
- Expert level in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a must, knowledge of Figma and Canva is a plus
- Familiarity with UI/UX, website, animation work is a bonus.
- Clear communicator – able to express complex ideas succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams across the business
- Self-starter that can independently approach problems and tasks, autonomously executing creative work
- Be willing and ready to actively contribute, listen, learn and grow.
