Are you looking for an interesting and very varied Creative Designer role where you can cover a huge range of projects and use your creativity to its full potential? We have a Creative Designer position available for a long-standing client who works with some of the biggest household names.
As the Creative Designer, you will be required to lead, research, present and produce high standard concept designs. You will be expected to take projects through from start to finish and provide print ready artwork, enabling you to be in control of the full process.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Creative Designer:
- · Take ownership of projects from idea conception to artwork delivery under the guidance of the Design Manager.
- · Working closely with the Head of Creative to manage and maintain workflows on a daily basis to ensure a smooth-running team and category.
- · Design of presentations for internal teams and new business pitches
- · Maintain brand consistency across all brands with the ability to translate across events and experiences.
- · Attend internal meetings in conjunction with the Head of Creative; contribute to meetings and take notes where necessary.
- · Assist the Product Development Mangers with artwork approvals, to ensure accurate, consistent and well-designed products are delivered on time.
- · Adhere to the deadlines and briefs set out by the Product Development Team.
- · Making visual mock ups of new packaging designs, both digitally and physically.
- · Creating designs and style guides for use with packaging, and products.
- · Art working designs and prepping files to send to printers/suppliers.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working within a creative design role
- Able to product print ready artwork
- Able to work towards branding guidelines and style guides
- Ideally experience within a tangible product based business
This Creative Designer job in Christchurch would suit candidates who have some experience working as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a product based industry.
