The Assignment
We’re growing our network of 3rd party partners to support our internal and client growth! Are you ready to let your expert-level design skills shine? We’re on the hunt for freelance partners specializing in all areas of digital design. You’ll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects, on a freelance basis, for some of the world’s biggest brand names.
We’re talking Graphic Designers with an eye for details and loves bringing fresh styles to their work; Video Editing professionals who can slice-and-dice footage and produce amazing videos with ease; and UI/UX masters who can level-up any website with carefully crafted layouts and designs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a subject matter expert to create captivating content and winning designs for a variety of brands
- Collaborate with client, and marketing teams, to produce captivating designs, videos, and/or layouts, within budget and time constraints
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to define the vision, look, and final production of your work
- Serve as a client brand ambassador, fully captivating the client’s look, voice, and style
- Act as both strategist and technical master to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
- Monitor and manage client budgets to ensure all design work is accomplished efficiently
- Optimize user experiences and lead the charge in developing new design approaches
- Contribute innovative ideas and consistently present new ways to further improve designs and user experience
- Track and report on progress of all projects and advise on updates, issues, or delays
Who You Are
- Freelance contractor eager to work on a variety of projects and support multiple clients on a contract basis
- Creative eye with drive for perfection in your work
- Experienced professional with a proven history supporting clients/businesses with graphic design, video editing, and/or UI/UX design.
- Previous experience creating fresh and captivating graphic designs for digital and traditional media needs
- Previous experience editing, producing, and recording video for a variety of campaigns
- Previous experience creating and implementing amazing user experiences with user-friendly layouts, designs, and interactions
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis to integrate into your work
- Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
- Previous experience as a backend engineer or knowledge of programming languages, a plus
- Expert technical knowledge, in your respected field, with the ability to both create and advise as a subject matter expert
- Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing campaigns, services, and trends, with the ability to work with cross-functioning teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead conversation and advise clients, via phone, video, and email
- Effective multitasker capable of managing multiple complex projects
- Analytical mindset with a passion for discovering trends and adjusting to achieve results
- Previous experience working in a digital agency or as a freelance contractor, a plus
