CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Bremont is an ambitious British watch manufacturer looking for a talented Creative
Content Executive to join us at our head office in Henley-On-Thames. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the creation of high-end multimedia content with a particular emphasis on video and photography. They will be responsible for supporting on the creation of assets for social media, product launch campaigns, events and experience projects across Bremont’s global online and offline channels, working closely with the team to execute the direction and ensure the delivery of cross- channel engaging and informative content
The candidate should be an ambitious creator with a desire to constantly improve brand expression through multimedia; with a firm grasp of videography and editing best practices. Taking direction from the Creative Content Manager, the candidate must show a passion for wanting to share and pitch new ideas, work across a broad variety of creative, marketing and branded collateral, love collaboration with internal teams and be accountable for the quality and standard for the work they output.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bringing Bremont’s brand values to life through the filming and editing of social first video content to support brand awareness, community engagement and building hype around Bremont’s watch launches.
- Assisting with in-house photography and retouching, from product images to behind the scenes and event photography.
- Take video concepts from ideation to implementation through dynamic editing and working with the wider content team to help translate brand storytelling into visual wizardry.
- Working with the Head of Content & Creative Content Manager to create and edit video and photography-based assets that align with the broader marketing strategy and content plan.
- Working with the Social Media team to ensure that content capture opportunities are maximised and driven by a social first mindset, ensuring that content is suitably formatted and designed for the relevant channels.
- Constantly maintain awareness of new trends in social media video content and how these can be appropriately applied to the brand.
- Researching ideas for shoots, moodboarding product still life, brand storytelling social posts and video content based on collection themes.
- Re-formatting and editing existing video content for social media best-practice formats.
- Assisting the Creative Content Manager with creative production planning and maintaining relationships with external partners that we collaborate with i.e photographers, models, stylists, CGI artists, illustrators.
- Collating and organising all created assets, uploading and saving imagery in an organised and timely manner for all who need access to it.
- Finger on the pulse when it comes to social media content and staying up-to- date with emerging video trends and culture, whilst engaging with the wider digital creative community.
- Ensure all work is executed with creative flair and to the required brand standards and guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects and communicate progress accurately to wider teams.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- A Creative Media related qualification and 2+ years of relevant commercial experience in-house, freelance or agency side.
- Camera experience – both filming and editing
- Lighting knowledge – a sound grasp on the basic concepts of lighting for both product and documentary
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative eye for detail and editing skills
- Experience in luxury/premium content, desired but not essential
- Essential knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
& Acrobat) & Premiere Pro.
