Job Type: Tuesday to Friday, 06:00 to 18:00
or
Sunday and Monday, 06:00 to 18:00

Salary: £11.55 per hour, rising to £12.10 after completion of training or 3 month probationary period.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our production team in Lostwithiel. You will be instrumental in the process of creating our quality products.

The Creamery adds the most value to the cream generated from the milk we process. Cream is a luxury product therefore product appearance, consistency and quality are all critical to support the brand and continue selling high margin cream products.

Following Procedures for every task is critically important to keep consistency through the teams, and ensure the internal standards are met for the product before reaching our customers.

Summary of tasks for this role:

  • Embracing and maintaining the health and safety culture
  • Communicating through the department, to ensure efficient production runs and safe working
  • Filling liquid creams into bulk and retail packaging
  • Working with and supporting Process Operators and Creamery Area Manager
