Court Supervisor - Bristol

You are the right arm of the courts you are eager to develop and further your understanding of the company, while never forgetting to take your Ninja’s with you.
What will you do?
- Working in partnership with your team, your Ninja approach will make, recruiting, coaching, developing and caring for other members of the team a natural focus.
- You instil trust in your General Manager and your team to ensure the business runs like clockwork, even when your General Manager is not there.
- You’re commercially savvy and bring ideas to the table, eager to develop your overall awareness and understanding further.
- You understand forecasting and Ninja’s personal time, you create robust and thoughtful rota’s, circulated fortnightly
- You cascade communication from your General Manager/ Assistant managers to all departments with a seek first to understand mentality, setting accountability, trust and one team mindset.
- First-class service is your priority; always prepared to seek tough feedback when things go wrong, rectifying complaints on shift, working closely with the Managers to ensure you raise the standards every day and exceed everyone’s expectations.
- Safe fun is always a priority, become a master in all due diligence checks, including opening and closing check lists, following all company policy and procedures.
- You are described as fun and approachable by all Ninjas; you are their motivational cheer leader.
- Know and implement the Ninja house rules.
- You conduct motivation team briefing ensuring all brand standards are met.
- You are a specialist when it comes to training you ensure monthly team training sessions happen.
- You always celebrate Success.
- You are part of the Ninja team that delivers and exceed profit while never compromising the Ninja Warrior Soul.
- Spot and grow talent, owning succession plans for the team.
- You make it your business to know, understand and action business goals.
